This is a beautiful restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere other than being in a somewhat rough area of Hamilton. The service was amazing (thanks Shauna!) and was super quick and attentive. Food was delectable and amazing. We had appetizers, steaks, and dessert and 2 drinks each! Amazing. Bonus points for the amazing pallet cleanser, we loved it.

Date night here was wonderful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the ambiance and I cannot rave more about the service we received. From the moment we walked in and the 2 hours spent, our lovely server gave us top tier service. Ensuring we were happy with our cocktails and going above to fix anything we needed to make it a pleasant first experience. They offered us dessert on the house because they had to move us to the lounge for the next booking and also gave us a free glass of wine while we waited for dessert! Definitely an establishment that we will return to!

Victoria's Steakhouse was an absolute delight. Their chefs are not only highly skilled and creative, their staff is warm friendly and genuinely enthusiastic to share your experience with. Coryn was the perfect waiter - attentive, knowledgable and quick with polite, friendly service. We are from Alberta, and although they don't use Alberta beef, and therefore can't be the best, they cook it perfectly. The oysters, caesar salad and side dishes were exquisite. Even the dessert was delicious. If we are back in Hamilton, we we will be back at this amazing restaurant. Thank you, Victoria's for an amazing meal and a great evening.

My husband did a surprised birthday dinner for me here and it did not disappoint! The food and service were both amazing - just take a look at the pictures. CJ our waitress was very attentive and not to mention the amazing chefs who made these creations. Thank you for making my birthday extra special.

This was my first time dining at Victoria’s, and I was thoroughly impressed. Our server, Patty, made the experience even more memorable. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to go over each item with care, paid close attention to every detail in our order, and ensured everything was just right. The food was absolutely amazing, but it was the exceptional service that truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

My first time ever & I loved the full experience! I will definitely be going back. Leah was our server. She was very welcoming, kind and although we arrived late, she allowed us extra time to stay as it was almost closing, we really appreciated, if you see this, thank you once again!! The overall environment was 10/10 luxurious soft music in the background, dimmed lights; perfect atmosphere for romantic date night! The food also 10/10 I requested Shrimp Scampi without the white wine. Dessert we got cheesecake I’ll give 6/10 but my partner liked it. I found it to be too sour than sweet, for next time I’d probably try different dessert. Only bad thing was there was no parking lot we had to park at a plaza across the street that was 2min walk would have been nice if there was parking. Pls don’t hesitate to go here, you will be satisfied. Leah will actually make sure that you’re satisfied, she’s just perfect!

We’ve celebrated a few family birthdays here and you simply cannot find a better cooked steak in this city. When I say melt in your mouth that’s not a stretch. Sides are table sides so shareable. Love that we have this fine place in our city.

From start to finish, every detail felt intentional, every bite, delightful Leah, our server, was outstanding. Her recommendations weren’t just suggestions but expertly guided invitations into a world of flavour. The evening began with exquisite appetizers, snails and bone marrow, rich and indulgent, alongside a dozen oysters, each briny and perfect. Then came the chef’s specials, and what a treat they were. The ricotta, drizzled with local honey, sprinkled with shaved almonds, and crowned with a whisper of truffle, was divine. The spoons, each a delicate masterpiece. It was a highlight, culminating in a palate cleanser that felt like a moment of art. The mango gelato and cranberry spiced smoked bourbon sorbet, a contrast of bright and deep notes that lingered beautifully and felt like comfort. And then, the mains. The risotto, crowned with lobster tail, was a dish that demanded to be savoured, every bite a balance of richness and comfort. But the Kobe beef! let me tell you, it was worth every penny. The most exquisite Wagyu, grass fed in Australia, melting like butter with every bite. Yes, it was a splurge, but one that left no regrets. Alongside, the steak cooked to absolute perfection, every bite, told me the chef are skilled in the kitchen. Truffle fries added the perfect touch, crisp and aromatic, rounding out the meal in a way that felt decadent yet effortless. The atmosphere, the pacing, the service it all wove together into something more than just dinner. Leah’s attentiveness and expertise elevated the evening, making every moment feel special.
